These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pen4d and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

pen4d is committed to operating transparently. These six principles summarise the most important aspects of the agreement between pen4d and every registered player.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on pen4d. Indonesian law sets this as the minimum age for participation in gambling activities, and pen4d enforces it strictly at all stages of the account lifecycle.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified Indonesian payment channels — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets. All transactions are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks in line with platform policy.
All promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses and reload offers, are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and minimum-deposit thresholds. Attempting to abuse bonus conditions is grounds for account suspension.
Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pen4d will never ask for your password. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately; pen4d cannot be held liable for losses arising from credential sharing.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, and any form of fraudulent conduct are strictly prohibited. pen4d reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where abuse is detected.
pen4d is operated by an offshore-licensed entity. Disputes are resolved under the governing law of the jurisdiction of incorporation. Indonesian players access the platform on their own initiative and are responsible for their own local-law compliance.

To open an account and use the Services on pen4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
Age Verification: pen4d is strictly an adults-only (21+) platform. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. If you are unsure whether someone underage has accessed your account, contact support immediately.
Each user is permitted to hold one account only on pen4d. Opening or operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (city, province, country), email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. pen4d reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pen4d will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — even if unauthorised — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a breach of account security to pen4d support.
You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the information is verified.
pen4d is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at any other time deemed necessary for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or regulatory purposes. The KYC process may require submission of the following documents:
All documents must be submitted in a clear and legible format. pen4d processes KYC submissions within 2 business days under normal conditions. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
pen4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, and approved e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000. pen4d may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to individual accounts. Responsible Gaming deposit limit tools are available in your account settings.
Bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (generally 08:00–21:00 WIB on business days) are typically credited within five minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly at all times, including Indonesian public holidays.
Deposits made via third-party payment methods — that is, accounts not registered in your name — will be reversed and the transaction flagged for investigation. pen4d will not be liable for delays caused by bank processing times or errors in the payment reference submitted by the user.
Withdrawal requests on pen4d are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to method availability. pen4d does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; (c) met all wagering requirements applicable to any Bonus Funds included in your balance; and (d) not triggered any account review, fraud alert, or pending investigation.
pen4d processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for standard amounts under Rp 10.000.000. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. Once approved by pen4d, the receiving bank or e-wallet will determine final delivery time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits may vary by payment method; details are available in your account settings. pen4d reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days.
pen4d offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this clause and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings generated from it.
pen4d actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, reverse-engineering bonus conditions, using multiple accounts, and coordinated wagering with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, pen4d reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, withhold related winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only. Promotions are bound to one verified identity, one device, one IP address, and one payment method. Players sharing a household may be required to provide additional verification to claim promotions.
Transparency Commitment: pen4d is committed to publishing all bonus terms in full before a player claims any offer. If any promotional terms are unclear, please contact support before opting in. We do not change wagering requirements retroactively.
The specific rules governing each betting category — including sports betting, live casino, togel lottery, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting betting), and slot games — are published in the relevant game or category rules section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body or draw authority. In the case of disputes regarding results, pen4d's decision — made after reviewing all available evidence — shall be final and binding. BRI Liga 1 results are settled according to the official PSSI / BRI Liga 1 match record; international events (EPL, La Liga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup) are settled according to the respective governing body's official record.
pen4d reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneous price due to a system error or data feed failure, or where the outcome of the event had already been determined at the time of betting (late betting). Stake amounts are returned to the player for all voided bets.
pen4d applies maximum daily and weekly winnings caps per betting category. These limits are published in the betting rules section of the platform and may be adjusted periodically. Winnings exceeding the published cap will be paid up to the maximum only.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pen4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:
pen4d's aggregate liability to any individual user in any calendar year shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user during the same calendar year.
All content on the pen4d platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, trade marks, game mechanics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pen4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the pen4d platform without the express prior written consent of pen4d.
pen4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering on pen4d, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include: data is used exclusively for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement; data is not sold to third parties; and users retain rights to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance held (including winnings and deposit funds) may be forfeited in full. Where closure is at pen4d's discretion for non-breach reasons, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pen4d support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
pen4d may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pen4d will provide notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor updates (e.g., correcting typographical errors or clarifying existing provisions) may take effect immediately.
The version of these terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
pen4d is operated by an internationally incorporated entity holding an offshore online gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of pen4d's operating entity, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Indonesian players access the platform on their own initiative and are responsible for determining whether their use of pen4d is compliant with Indonesian law.
